Adam joined Pure in 2005 from a well-recognised international search firm. He is responsible for leading and expanding our finance search practice, specialising in the placement of Controllers, Directors,Treasurers and CFOs. He has spent his entire career working in the field of finance appointments, during which time he has executed high-profile assignments for a wide variety of businesses from multinationals to SMEs. Adam primarily works in partnership with consumer-focused and services based businesses.Adam graduated in Economics & Management from Cardiff University.
Adam is a passionate football fan, an avid reader and a keen travel enthusiast.
Andrew

Andrew joined Pure in 2006. Andrew’s focus is across the finance community within the Financial Services sector. He specialises in executive searches for commercial finance and treasury positions within consumer and investment products, private banks and insurance companies.
Previously he spent eight years' in executive search, successfully delivering on financial assignments both in the UK and across the globe. Andrew graduated in Management Studies and Psychology from Leeds University.
Andrew is an enthusiastic footballer with a keen interest in writing and psychology.

Nick holds a Masters degree, is an experienced search consultant and a specialist at delivering senior finance mandates across the media, technology, entertainment and telcos space internationally.
His client base spans multi-national corporations, as well as publicly listed and privately owned companies. He also has a strong track record in private equity and venture capital, hiring executives for portfolio businesses within the TMT sectors. Nick previously worked for a leading International firm specialising in senior finance appointments.
Zak
Marar

Zak is a proven senior finance recruiter, with six years experience of advising financial services businesses on the placement of key senior level finance hires within a client base spanning investment banks, corporate & retail banks, asset managers, private equity and hedge funds.
Having joined Pure in 2011, Zak will focus on executing searches and partnering with firms operating within the financial services sector, who are looking to hire the best talent to further augment their finance and treasury teams.

Based in Hong Kong, Charles focuses on the recruitment of Compliance professionals into positions within the commerce and financial services sector across the Asia Pacific region.
Mandates handled include positions at Associate/AVP level up to MD and APAC Regional Head level.
Charles spent three and a half years in Financial Controls with the global brokerage firm, Newedge Group, in their Sydney office. Upon relocating to Hong Kong in 2010, Charles joined a boutique search firm in Hong Kong, where he worked on the Financial Controls and Compliance desk recruiting professionals into the financial services sector.
Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management & Sports Management from University of Technology Sydney.

Jonathan

Jonathan operates within the Energy and Natural Resources sectors, specialising in the placement of Financial Controllers to Chief Financial Officers. Titles include Heads of Business, Group and Divisional Directors and Controllers. Jonathan has extensive’ experience delivering on executive finance positions within the range of FTSE listed, international privately held, AIM and SME businesses.
After working in the property industry for a number of years where he launched various business divisions Jonathan joined a leading international PLC listed recruitment business where he led a team that focused purely on mid to senior level finance appointments within commerce and industry.
Jonathan studied Economics and Politics at Greenwich University

Natalie is the Global Head of Transaction Banking at Pure Search. Previously, Natalie worked in banking at Barclays Corporate. Nataile also had a career in the search industry spanning 7 years. She graduated in History of Art and Architecture and in her spare time she enjoys going to art galleries with a particular interest in American post-war art.
