Our people
Adam joined Pure in 2005. He is responsible for leading and expanding our finance search practice, specialising in the placement of Controllers, Directors and CFOs. He has spent his entire career working in the field of finance appointments, during which time he’s developed an exceptionally strong network of contacts.
Previously Adam worked as a Finance head-hunter for Alexander Mann executing specialised search assignments on behalf of recognised plcs and smaller organisations. Adam graduated in Economics & Management from Cardiff University.
Adam is a passionate football fan, an avid reader and a keen travel enthusiast.
Andrew joined Pure in 2006. Andrew’s focus is across the finance community within the Financial Services sector. He specialises in executive searches for commercial finance and treasury positions within consumer and investment products, private banks and insurance companies.
Previously he spent eight years' in executive search, successfully delivering on financial assignments both in the UK and across the globe. Andrew graduated in Management Studies and Psychology from Leeds University.
Andrew is an enthusiastic footballer with a keen interest in writing and psychology.
Nick
Fairclough

Nick is an experienced search consultant, recruiting senior financial executives for Consumer-facing organisations, particularly media, entertainment and leisure sectors. He also has a strong track record in private equity and venture capital hiring executives for both early stage and mature portfolio businesses.
Nick was previously a successful manager for a leading global financial recruitment company based in London. He recruited financial management executives primarily within the Media, Technology, Retail and FMCG markets.
Nick holds a BA in Art History and also holds a Masters which he gained with distinction.
Passions include sport, travel, fine art, food and wine.
Anna has twelve years' experience recruiting Interims and Senior Contract Professionals spanning the UK and Australian markets. Her entire career has focussed on the recruitment and search of Senior Finance, Project and Change Management Interims to Plcs, private companies, private equity and venture capital firms for assignments in the UK and overseas.
Anna joined Pure in early 2010 to establish the Interim Finance Search Practice. Anna's mandate will be to further develop the Pure Finance and Treasury brand into the Interim market, through the placements of experienced Interim Finance Directors, Controllers, CFOs, Project Managers, Head of FP&A, Strategy and Treasury.
Anna graduated in Business Economics and French from the University of Southampton. Interests include horse riding, skiing, languages and travel.
Research
Victoria joined Pure in 2009 as a Research Consultant within Senior Finance and Treasury.
Victoria’s interest in recruitment was sparked by having studied Human Resources and having completed a year long placement as a Researcher in a public sector recruitment firm. She joined Pure straight from University with the view to building a successful long-term career.
Victoria graduated from Bath University with a 2:1 in Sociology with Human Resource Management.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the theatre, sailing, visiting interesting countries, such a Mongolia and socialising with friends.
