Legal Interim
Pure's Legal Interim team consists of three dedicated consultants, all of whom have either qualified in their area of expertise and/or have a proven track record of over four years’ interim recruitment experience.
The team focus on the placement of mid to senior level lawyers, across all disciplines, into Commerce & Industry and Financial Services. Interim lawyers are available for a number of reasons including: temporarily bringing the legal function in-house, avoiding the constraints of permanent headcount restrictions, as an alternative to a secondee or to assist with project work during busy periods or in a troubleshooting capacity.

Our people
Dalia
Greenwood
London office
Dalia heads up the interim team at Pure Recruitment and has worked there since 2004. She recruits primarily at Senior Manager and Head of Tax level across commerce and industry and financial services.
Dalia graduated with a law degree from Birmingham University. She then gained over three years’ experience working for a global recruitment company, specialising in interim tax and legal recruitment.
In her spare time, Dalia enjoys travelling the world and fine dining.
Hayley
Feenan
London office
Hayley has worked in legal recruitment for over four years. During this time, she has specialised in placing interim lawyers within FTSE-listed businesses, multinationals and SMEs. She has a proven track record of placing mid-senior level lawyers to cover maternity leave, ad-hoc projects, increases in workload/seasonal peaks and consultancy-based legal assistance.
Hayley joined Pure to establish the Legal Interim business, using her existing network and contacts, she has utilised Pure’s relationship-led model to build a successful interim division. Her contacts cover both commerce and industry and financial services, and she successfully recruits into both areas.
Mary
Carpenter

Mary specialises in the placement of interim lawyers into a range of industry and commerce clients, charities and not for profit organisations. Mary studied Psychology & Law at university and joined Pure having gained over four years’ experience of interim and fixed term contract recruitment at a globally renowned recruitment company.
