Tim
Jones
London office
Tim leads our Debt Finance and Restructuring Practice and focuses on search assignments for mid level and senior appointments within Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory and Private Equity. He has successfully complete searches for roles in Origination & Execution teams, Structuring, Syndications, Portfolio Management, Sponsor Coverage and Credit.
He joined Pure in 2006 to develop our offering in this area and also has extensive experience of recruiting at senior levels within Financial & Operational Restructuring, Business Support & Workout and Distressed Private Equity.
Tim graduated in Economics and Business Studies from Sheffield University.
Tim has a passion for travel and has visited over 35 countries. Prior to joining Pure, Tim took a 12 month sabbatical and travelled extensively in South America, Australasia and Japan.
Edward
King
London office
Edward focuses on mid and senior level assignments within Debt Finance, he has particular links with the leading Leveraged Finance and High Yield teams and has completed mandates in both the UK and international markets for roles across Origination, Executions, Syndications and also Portfolio Management.
Edward spent five years working for a global recruitment firm, operating within the banking sector, with a focus on placing senior Business Analysts and Programme Managers in the Front Office.
Edward is FSA qualified.
He is a qualified ski instructor and keen golfer with a handicap of 14.
Louise
Briginshaw
London office
Louise operates within front office investment banking, specialising in the placement of professionals into M&A, ECM, Corporate Broking and Private Equity. She works with multinational through to boutique, independent businesses.
Prior to working at Pure Search, Louise worked for two specialist recruitment firms focussing on assignments across Corporate Finance, Debt Finance, Private Equity and Corporate Strategy / Development. With nine years in the industry, she’s completed both retained search and contingent mandates at various levels.
Louise graduated with a 2.i in History of Art & Architecture from Manchester University and holds a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from UMIST.
Enthusiastic about keeping fit, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, skiing and diving. She also likes food and travel and spent some time working for a children’s charity in Sri Lanka in 2008 as part of a year long sabbatical.
