PANEL:

Charlotte Ransom, CEO, Netwealth Charlotte is co-founder and CEO of Netwealth, a challenger wealth manager. She started her career at J.P. Morgan and spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, serving as one of the few female partners for ten years. Charlotte holds the CISI Private Client Investment Advice and Management qualification and has been recognised by PAM as one of the 50 Most Influential in 2019 and 2020 and awarded Wealth Manager of the Year and Woman of the Year in 2019.  


Tim Pointer, Chief People Officer, Three Hills Capital Partners A veteran in the HR industry, Tim has built a successful career spanning nearly 30 years, 20 of those spent in leadership roles at dynamic global businesses. In 2022, Tim ranked fourth in HR Magazine’s Most Influential Practitioners, recognising his notable contribution to human capital throughout the years. Appointed Portfolio Chief People Officer at Three Hills Capital Partners in 2022, he focuses on HR Strategic accountability across c.50 investment businesses, including Hunter, FaceGym, Kernel Group, Castellet, and CareTech. Tim is a specialist in advising CEOs and Executive teams, utilising his broad-based global experience gained across FTSE 100 and large-scale private businesses in the European, North American, and Asia-Pacific markets.


Sonia Chawla, Head of Legal, Investment Transactions, Schroders Sonia is the Head of Legal Investment Transactions at Schroders Investment Management. With a deep-seated passion for mentorship and fostering diversity in its many forms, Sonia is committed to building an inclusive environment within the organisation. With a career spanning over 25 years, Sonia is a seasoned investment banking lawyer. Her experience is broad, having worked in US law firms and investment banks and leading global teams within the asset management sector. Outside of her professional commitments, Sonia is an active volunteer for various charities and holds an executive leadership position for the UK Sikh Council.  


  Dawid Konotey-Ahulu,Co-Founder, Redington, Mallowstreet & 10000 Interns Foundation Dawid is a Co-Founder of Redington, Mallowstreet, and 10,000 Interns (a charitable foundation arranging internships for undergraduates either of Black heritage or with a disability). Dawid qualified as a barrister in 1987 and then spent several years in investment banking before leaving in 2006 to set up Redington, an investment consultancy. He was named Black British Business Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 and is on the Prime Minister’s Business Council 2022. He was awarded a CBE in the 2023 New Year Honours List. Dawid is passionate about mentoring young people and helping them learn to speak confidently in public so that they can tell their stories and ‘hold the room spellbound.’ He is on the Boards of several charitable organisations, including Mission 44 and Somerset House.

Liam Richardson, CEO, Pure Search Liam is the CEO of Pure, overseeing the business across all EMEA, US and APAC regions. Before relocating to London in 2019, Liam headed up Pure in Asia. Having joined the business in 2010 with the initial mandate of establishing Pure’s in-house legal offering, he was responsible for expanding our APAC business, strategically establishing and growing specialist practices in legal, compliance, risk, tax, finance and HR. Liam is passionate about creating a values-driven culture working with like-minded professionals to surpass the recruitment industry's expectations.  


Terri Loska, Managing Director, Dartmouth Partners Terri is a Managing Director within the Early Careers team at Dartmouth Partners. She leads and delivers graduate recruitment campaigns across M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate, and Consulting client accounts. Terri started work at Bloomsbury Auction House before beginning her career in recruitment as a Researcher and has since been involved in all stages of campaign planning and selection.
