The pendulum of power: Has the shift reverted to the employer?

The pendulum of power: Has the shift reverted to the employer?

Our sister company, Dartmouth, is back with their first forum event of the year. We will delve into the ever-changing workplace dynamics between employers and employees. We will focus on the shifting balance of power and who benefits from it. With employers regaining greater authority over employee working styles, including the number of days spent in the office, this is a crucial discussion for anyone looking to thrive in the current economic climate. The past year has significantly changed the social and economic landscape, creating a more uncertain job market. As a result, many candidates feel less secure and less flexible in their career considerations. The forum aims to provide valuable insights into navigating this new dynamic and avoiding potential workplace disruptions. We have assembled a panel of industry leaders who will share their experiences and perspectives on this important topic. This promises to be an in-depth conversation you will want to attend. And with opportunities to network with panellists and peers before and after the discussion, you can be sure to make meaningful connections that will benefit your career.
