Every young person deserves to be successful in their future, both personally and professionally.
It sounds obvious. But we still live in a time when not every young person has an equal opportunity for employment. This is why we started our Classroom to Boardroom Foundation: to provide students with equal access to education opportunities and brilliant careers, regardless of their economic background.
Today, over 2 million young people in Britain live in poverty. This has a significant impact on their education experience from an early age, making them less likely to go to university and access jobs that will improve their life. The Foundation’s mission is to level the playing field and provide the skills, education, and professional opportunities needed to help students from underprivileged environments succeed in exceptional careers.

Foundation recruitment team
Lizzie Louis
Managing Director
Lizzie is a Managing Director at Dartmouth and leads the Early Careers team, and is a widely known expert in creating hiring strategies for this sector. She has worked on recruitment campaigns across Europe and in the US, devising talent acquisition strategies and graduate schemes for investment banks, asset managers and private equity firms.
Annie McAnulty
Classroom to Boardroom Foundation Lead
Annie spent six years working in student marketing and engagement, before focusing on employability programmes at social mobility charity, The Sutton Trust. She now leads on engaging clients in meaningful opportunities to ensure students have an equal start to their career.
