Assistant Tax Manager - Asset Finance and Leasing Advisory

About the Role
Our client, a Big 4 practice, are seeking a skilled professional to join their tax advisory team, specialising in Asset Finance & Leasing. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice on transaction diligence, tax structuring, and lease-related tax matters.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored tax and commercial advice to a broad client base.
• Supporting transaction due diligence and structuring projects.
• Collaborating with colleagues across service lines, particularly consulting and deals and international networks.
• Building client relationships, leading teams, and driving innovation in service delivery.

What They’re Looking For

• Qualifications: ACA or CTA (or international equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a good understanding of accounting principles.
• Interest: A keen focus on asset finance, leasing, or related sectors.
