Associate Director - Deals Tax

Deals Tax - Associate Director or Senior Manager | London or Luxembourg | In-House Role | Investment Management 

We are working with one of the top Investment Managers, headquartered in Europe.

They have an incredibly strong and established tax team comprised of high-performers. Their deals work continues to go from strength to strength and so, they are looking to add a new head. This role has scope to sit in either London or Luxembourg. 

You will support the team will all deal structuring and, cover local and international work. 

What you will work on:

• Deal structuring - local and global 
• Support with acqusitions, exits, restructures 
• Business partner investment professionals, providing advice and support 

We are looking for the following:

• Practice trained - Big 4 or Top 6 firm. Or, a legal background. 
• Ideally, CTA or ACA (or equivalent qualified)
• Strong deals experience is a must
• International tax exposure would be great
• PE experience would be helpful but, we are open to seeing candidates from other backgrounds 
• This role would suit candidates moving in-house for the first time or second time movers
