Role Overview:
As the Corporate Tax and Transactions Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex tax and M&A services, while driving the growth of the firm’s client portfolio. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing strategic advice on a range of corporate tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance on corporate tax and transaction-related matters, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• M&A Expertise: Oversee the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigating risks for both clients and the firm.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified.
• Experience: Significant expertise in corporate tax, M&A, and transaction services, gained within a professional services environment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Commercial Acumen: Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and economic factors.
