Corporate Tax Associate at least 1 year PQE – London Law firm

Are you a qualified Tax Lawyer with at least one year of PQE and looking for your next challenge?
On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join their growing team, a team that is well known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

This role sits within the corporate tax group and the successful candidate will work closely with Partners and Associates across a wide range of practice areas. The team advises clients in diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, real estate investment and development (including REITs), and private capital-backed organisations such as private equity houses and family offices. This role provides exposure to various specialties, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in corporate, real estate, finance, IP, IT, and private client practices.

Your work will focus on areas such as M&A, private equity structuring, cross-border transactions, inward investment, real estate tax structuring, and both domestic and international tax advisory matters. Whether it’s contributing to major transactions or advising on niche structuring, you’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality client solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with strong academics and technical expertise.
• At least 1 year of PQE in transactional UK corporate tax (real estate tax experience is a bonus).
• Exceptional client management, communication, and organisational skills.
