Corporate Tax Lawyer – Midlands – 1-4 years PQE

Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a 1-4 years PQE corporate tax lawyer to work with the team on international tax projects across corporate, funds and transactions.  The role combines top-quality work with the chance to be part of a friendly, collaborative group that works closely across the UK and internationally.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of matters, from M&A and restructuring to property, employment and cross-border tax. The work is varied, interesting and often high profile, with clients including major multinationals, investors and financial institutions. The team has particular expertise in the energy and natural resources sector, advising on exciting projects such as renewables joint ventures, international fund investments and North Sea transactions.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified lawyer (1–4 years PQE) with an interest in corporate tax
• Some transactional tax experience is a plus, but not essential
• A strong team player with excellent technical and communication skills
• Someone keen to learn, develop and build lasting client relationships
