The Role
In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative tax solutions to their diverse client base. You’ll lead projects from initial consultation through to successful implementation, collaborating closely with senior advisors and contributing to a range of dynamic, high-value transactions. You will be:
– Advising on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and tax planning strategies.
-Researching technical tax issues, drafting clear reports, and creating actionable plans for clients.
-Preparing financial models, clearance applications, and practical transaction step plans.
What You Bring
This firm are looking for enthusiastic, proactive professionals with:
-At least 2 years PQE
-Experienced with tax advisory
-Either a current manager or an assistant manager ready to take the next step
