We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global financial institution, seeking a skilled Structured Finance Credit Officer to join their Corporate Credit Risk team in London. This Vice President-level role is perfect for a credit professional with expertise in structured finance.
The Role:
- Assess credit risk for transactions in real estate and infrastructure across EMEA.
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and stress testing.
- Shape deal structures, assess pricing, and evaluate syndication risks.
- Present credit views to senior management and contribute to credit committees.
- Oversee loan portfolio monitoring and deliver insightful analysis.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in structured finance and credit risk.
- Proven ability to independently lead the due diligence process.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Advantageous: CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree.
