About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist tax advisory team focused on managing the complexities of employee and management incentives. The role involves providing expert guidance on tax and commercial matters related to business sales, acquisitions, and the creation of new incentive schemes. The team works primarily with top-tier investors in Private Equity, as well as senior executives, management teams, and the companies they lead.
What the Role Involves:
- Leading tax due diligence and structuring projects during key transactions, including equity resets, joiners/leavers, and assignments linked to flotation processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues on challenging, fast-paced projects to deliver tailored technical advice, simplifying complex issues and providing clear, actionable solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and junior members, while offering mentorship to support their development.
- Driving business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities with existing and potential clients, and actively contributing to proposals and networking events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong understanding of the Private Equity sector.
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical, project management, and report writing abilities.
- Has an inquisitive mindset with a problem-solving approach, thriving in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
