The Role
The financial services team is looking for a Tax Director to take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality advice while developing new opportunities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser, ensuring clients receive clear, timely and commercially focused guidance tailored to their needs. Alongside client work, the role involves leading and mentoring talented colleagues, supporting their growth and development. The Tax Director will also contribute to shaping the department’s future, helping to grow the firm’s reputation in the market and building strong networks that generate new business.
What You’ll Bring
- Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser qualification
- Extensive experience in business tax, with proven ability to advise complex clients across a range of sectors
- A track record of winning and developing business
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
