FS Tax Manager

As a key member of our growing team, you will provide corporation tax compliance and advisory services to Financial Services sector clients. Working closely with partners and directors on complex tax projects, you will support the business tax team, manage junior staff, and oversee a portfolio of major clients to deliver exceptional service.

This client-facing role suits someone with strong technical expertise, teamwork skills, and a readiness to manage responsibilities. You may have specialised knowledge across specific sectors or advisory areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with tax advisory projects, such as corporate restructuring, international tax, venture capital reliefs, due diligence, and reporting fund status
• Managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, covering compliance reviews, advisory needs, and identifying tax-efficient solutions
• Engaging in business development activities and supporting the team with line management, training, and appraisal processes
