Our client is a leading international law firm renowned for their expertise in corporate transactions, litigation, restructuring, and tax services. The London tax team advises on mergers, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, insolvencies, investment fund and manager business structuring, and related tax matters.

Role Overview: We are actively seeking a Funds Tax Lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within the UK market. The successful candidate will provide tax advice on fund formation, structuring, and related transactions, ensuring compliance with UK and international tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on tax aspects of fund formation and structuring.
• Collaborate with corporate and private equity teams on transactional tax matters.
• Conduct tax due diligence and risk assessments.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting investment funds.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and international offices.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years PQE in tax law, focusing on investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in managing complex tax matters.
