Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Tax in managing tax risks and projects.
- Collaborate with top-tier firms for tax advice.
- Assist in fund and deal structuring, including cross-border acquisitions.
- Review proposed investments and tax structuring memos.
- Develop tax-efficient structures for co-investment opportunities.
- Oversee US and other jurisdiction tax filings, ensuring effective project management.
- Address investor tax queries and ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS.
- Assist the fundraising team with tax-related queries.
- Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and technology use.
- Support tax authority enquiries and manage ad-hoc tax queries.

Experience
- Professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA).
- Experience in US and UK taxation within financial services.
- Knowledge of US tax concepts for asset managers and investors.
- Proven track record in cross-border tax compliance.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to manage own workload.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle change and tight deadlines.
