Group Treasurer - PE backed business

• Reporting to the Group CFO with exposure to the Exec Management Committee
• Leading a small central team of 2 covering all groupwide cash management and Treasury operations
• Treasury Strategy- supporting the group CFO in shaping the future funding strategy post deleveraging (current divestment program ongoing and on track) – possibly with a further refinancing, the implementation of an asset financing scheme, simplifying the intercompany funding
• Debt Management - Be the main contact for matters relating to the Group’s external debt including maintaining and monitoring covenant compliance and maintaining key relationships with our Agent and Lenders, as well as coordinating amongst our internal stakeholders; Directors and shareholders as required. Lead on any financing initiatives.

• Cash Management: Managing overall cash and banking of the group including streamlining the existing bank account structure and establishing banking in new jurisdictions as required from time to time.  The implementation of a new cash pooling structure is underway and is required to be delivered in this role.
• Cash Forecasting: Overseeing a weekly short-term cash forecasting process and lead the dialogue with local FD’s in regard to their Liquidity requirements. Regularly review of the longer-term cash forecasting with the CFO and Group Finance team to ensure we have sufficient liquidity for the business and can maintain headroom in our debt covenants. This role will also oversee or lead on any new forecasting tools being implemented.
• Group Funding: Managing the day to day liquidity around the group including implementation of intercompany funding
• Trade Finance: Managing the issuance of bank guarantees and delivering improvements to the overall process
• Other areas:

1. Leading on improvements to treasury controls including bank signatories and user access;
2. Providing advice to Group’s operating companies on Treasury and funding issues;
3. supporting entrance to new markets.
