The Role
This is a senior, high‑trust role with broad responsibility for the firm’s operational, regulatory, and compliance framework. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s founder, external advisers, and key service providers.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the firm’s compliance infrastructure, including coordination with external compliance consultants and legal counsel
- Managing regulatory reporting obligations across relevant jurisdictions
- Supervising day‑to‑day operational processes, including trade reconciliation and interactions with service providers
- Acting as a primary point of contact for operational due diligence, investor queries, and periodic reporting
- Bringing structure, clarity, and sound judgement to operational processes
The scope of the role is expected to expand over time, offering meaningful ownership and long‑term responsibility as the firm grows.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will combine intellectual rigour with practical judgement and discretion. The role requires credibility in front of sophisticated institutional audiences, alongside a hands‑on approach appropriate to a focused investment organisation.

- Demonstrated experience in investment operations, compliance, or fund administration within an institutional setting
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement and a high degree of discretion
- The interpersonal sensitivity required to engage effectively with institutional investors and counterparties
- A pragmatic mindset, focused on solutions
