Head of Tax

The Head of Tax will develop, lead, manage and monitor the global tax affairs for the business.  This includes developing and implementing the group policies, establishing and operating a world-class tax function and ensuring adequate coverage of all aspects of tax.

The role will play an integral part of setting the foundations to support further growth of the business; working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business is set-up to succeed.  As a senior member of the finance team, the Head of Tax will be required to provide leadership and advice on strategic projects, while enhancing the development of finance as a critical and integrated business partner ensuring the long-term success of this fast growing fintech company.
 

Desired Experience

Experienced and skilled tax professional with a good breadth of tax knowledge across all taxes with particular focus on corporate and international. Ideally some familiarity with the Fintech sector

Key Elements of the Role

The Head of Tax will be responsible for all tax matters across the Group which includes but is not limited to: Strategic oversite all tax frameworks Tax compliance Tax provisioning Tax audit management Tax advisory The role sits within the Senior Leadership Team providing effective input across the business while having responsibility for a wide range of tax issues.
