Interim Senior Tax Manager

• This position will be part of a team that works closely with business partners, finance, and other parts of the tax department to evaluate and provide holistic tax advice on business transactions, expansions and restructurings. 
• This involves detailed technical analysis (including working with external advisers if required), assessment and documentation of tax positions and working on implementation of advice with tax operations teams.
• The role may also, as required, be involved in tax audit responses and other tax authority interactions.
