Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a UK headquartered Fintech company looking to hire an International Tax Senior Manager to lead compliance and reporting across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end tax compliance cycle, including corporate tax, Pillar 2, and withholding obligations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and accuracy across tax processes while implementing appropriate control frameworks and policies.
- Drives continuous modernization of tax operations, emphasizing streamlined workflows, reliable data use, and strong control practices.
- Oversees a broad spectrum of tax obligations—from direct taxes to global minimum tax rules and withholding—ensuring full and timely compliance.
- Shapes long-term data and technology strategies that support future tax modelling, reporting, and regulatory changes.
- Provides guidance on evolving disclosure and information-reporting rules, integrating these requirements into scalable internal processes.
- Maintains oversight of tax forecasts and outcomes, delivering clear insights and updates to senior stakeholders and financial partners.
- Coordinates with auditors and external specialists, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and robust review across all tax-related activities.
- Builds capability within the tax function through mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and adoption of improved working methods—including advanced tools and automation.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
- Experienced UK based compliance and reporting manager or senior manager, ready to make an impact in a fast paced environment.
- International corporate tax experience including Pillar II and tax accounting.
- Ability to work in Central London 3 days per week,
This is a full time role paying up to £120,000 + bonus, based in the Central London office 3 days per week.
