Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a London based Fintech company looking to hire an International Tax Manager to report into the Head of Tax.
Responsibilities:
- Support across corporate tax, international tax and transfer pricing on a range of issues, including advisory projects.
- Support the rollout of Pillar II global minimum tax requirements and contribute to related process changes.
- Assist with indirect taxes while building strong relationships across the group.
- Assist with tax automation initiatives, helping to enhance efficiency and improve data handling.
- Contribute to the implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies across various jurisdictions.
- Provide tax input on strategic projects, including international expansion and new product launches, ensuring issues are identified early.
- Work closely with technology teams and advisers to prepare R&D tax claims and explore opportunities in additional territories.
- Collaborate with external tax advisers on the preparation and submission of tax returns across multiple countries.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
- Corporate international tax experience from practice or a current in-house tax position.
- Transfer Pricing experience or other areas of tax would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in London 3 days a week
This is a full-time role paying up to £100,000 + bonus, based in Central London 3 days per week.
