Their treasury department is the backbone of the finance division, operating globally across regions. In EMEA, they focus on managing liquidity and funding in alignment with regulatory requirements and stress tests. The team is structured to ensure seamless collaboration and a robust approach to treasury operations.

Role:
As a member of the  Treasury Liquidity Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in fortifying financial risk management frameworks. Your responsibilities will revolve around embedding and enhancing various limit frameworks to control financial resource usage, refinancing, and concentration risks. Expect close collaboration with Global Markets and regional Liquidity Management teams. Your main responsibilities are to: 

  • Monitor and manage diverse limit frameworks to control financial resource usage and mitigate risks.
  • Embed control frameworks and conduct periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Lead specialist reviews into the methodology and calibration of limit frameworks.
  • Contribute to strategic IT development to enhance key metric production and visualisation.
  • Evaluate liquidity risk through data analysis and business insights.

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional qualification in a relevant financial field or substantial experience in the financial services industry within a Treasury/liquidity team
  • Understanding of investment banking products and their impact on liquidity metrics
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel/data analysis; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx preferred
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
