The team thrives on curiosity, innovation, and dedication. As a leader, you’ll work on complex, high-profile transactions with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, start-ups, and owner-managed businesses.

Your role will include:

• Leading teams to deliver tailored, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced, international deals market.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships, leading client engagements, and developing multidisciplinary solutions.
• Overseeing successful project delivery, including financial performance.
• Shaping the strategic direction of the transaction tax team, driving growth and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• CTA qualified with post qualification experience in house or in the profession.
• Extensive experience in M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
• Strong knowledge of indirect, transfer, and international tax principles.
• A proven track record of building relationships, winning client engagements, and growing business opportunities.
