My client are seeking a talented Manager to join the M&A Infrastructure team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile deals, advising clients on strategic transactions and driving value in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end transaction processes for infrastructure assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
  • Deliver financial and strategic advice, including valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposals and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in M&A, ideally within the infrastructure sector (transport, energy, utilities, or similar).
  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis and modelling.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and lead teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, CTA, or equivalent) preferred.
