Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end transaction processes for infrastructure assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
- Deliver financial and strategic advice, including valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposals and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in M&A, ideally within the infrastructure sector (transport, energy, utilities, or similar).
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis and modelling.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualification (ACA, CTA, or equivalent) preferred.
