Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex tax projects across private equity transactions.
- Provide strategic tax advice to clients on structuring deals efficiently.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored tax solutions.
- Oversee compliance and risk management in transaction tax matters.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong experience in UK corporate tax, ideally with some transaction tax but this is not essential.
- Knowledge and awareness of private equity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality client service.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
