Our client is seeking a talented corporate tax professional to join a fast-growing technology business on a 6-months contract (temporary to permanent). The ideal candidate will have hands-on tax compliance, and advisory experience while working closely with the wider finance team, and external advisors to ensure the tax function continues to run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Preparation/completion of year-end tax provisions (working with external auditors / finance team)
- Preparation & submission of CT returns
- Management of UK R&D tax credit process
- Transfer pricing projects
- Capital allowance claims
- Adhoc advisory projects (restructures/reorganisations)
- Oversight of indirect tax for the group (compliance & ensuring customs obligations are met)
