Responsibilities:

• Lead Corporate Governance Compliance Assessments and Board Evaluations.
• Optimize AML and sanctions screening systems; conduct risk assessments.
• Analyse new regulations and advise on impacts; evaluate compliance culture.
• Develop data-driven compliance training and benchmark programs against standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Accounting, or Economics (Law degree + 1 year practice preferred).
• 3-5 years' experience in Compliance, Regulatory Advisory, or Internal Audit.
• Strong communication, analytical, and IT skills; experience with data tools a bonus.
• Knowledge of banking and payments operations; high integrity and ethics.
