Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software R&D claims.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow and develop.
  • Ensure efficient WIP (Work in Progress) management, maintaining strong commercial awareness.
  • Contribute to the team’s commercial success through strategic project management.
