Tax and Finance Consultant - part-time

I am super excited to bring a very unique opportunity to market for a small European Art Consultancy that requires a Tax Consultant for 12 months. You will advise the business on tax treatment on specific art transactions, process improvement, identifying tax savings and efficiencies, in addition to some broader financial accounting work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement tax and cost efficient strategies to optimise company operations;
• To advise on particular art transactions considering specific international tax regulations;
• Prepare cost projections, organise budgets for specific projects, and manage financial planning for biannual art fair participation;
• Organise and manage accounting documents, ensuring timely quarterly submissions and end-of-year account preparation, while monitoring company performance;
• Prepare financial documents and reports for company accounts;

This can be a super flexible arrangement on either part-time or full time, with flexible hours, and fully remote if required. It would be really well suited to anyone coming back to market after a career break.

To start in mid/late Jan and can be paid either PAYE or LTD outside IR35.
