About the Role:
Are you a qualified tax lawyer with a passion for broad corporate tax advisory? Do you have a background in transactions and funds experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join this US Law firm’s London team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert tax advice on a variety of corporate matters
- Assisting with transactions and fund structures
- Advising clients on tax implications of business strategies and transactions
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Qualifications:
- Qualified tax lawyer with 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Ideally experience at a US law firm, Magic Circle, or City law firm is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of UK and international tax law
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
