Pure Search are partnered with a UK based Technology company, looking to hire a Tax Director to report into the Head of Tax.

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing global (excluding U.S.) corporate tax obligations, ensuring full compliance with relevant filing and payment deadlines, in collaboration with outsourced service providers.

  • Managing periodic financial reporting for income taxes under applicable accounting standards, including quarterly and year-end provisions.

  • Supervising compliance with evolving international tax frameworks, such as transparency and anti-avoidance initiatives.

  • Leading the response to inquiries and reviews from tax authorities, and implementing risk management strategies to address potential exposures.

  • Guiding and developing a high-performing compliance-focused team, with emphasis on accountability and skill-building.

  • Cultivating effective working relationships with internal departments, third-party consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting experience
  • US GAAP experience advantageous but IFRS knowledge just as relevant
  • Pillar II experience advantageous 
  • Ability to travel into West London minimum 2 days per week
  • No UK Visa Sponsorship required 

The role is paying up to £120,000 + 20% bonus
