The Department
This top-ranked law firm provides extensive expertise in strategic tax planning, structuring, and tax implementation for complex, cross-border transactions. The team handles a wide range of significant tax issues, including cross-border tax controversies, transfer pricing, competent authority matters, and the resolution of disputes arising from global and regional business transactions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their Corporate Tax team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 4 years' relevant post-qualification experience in a top-tier practice within the England and Wales market or a similar common law jurisdiction.
  • Applications from candidates with less or more experience will also be considered on their merits.
• Broad corporate tax experience, particularly with a focus on tax controversy in corporate relationships.
• A self-reliant and proactive approach to client servicing.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills, coupled with technical and commercial creativity.
• A strong academic record demonstrating high achievement.
