Tax Manager - 12 month FTC

We are working with a European PE investment firm who are looking for a Tax Manager to join the team in the in the coming weeks. This role is fully remote and the manager can be based in the UK, Spain or Luxembourg.

This is a 12 month contract to provide maternity cover, paying £75,000. 

Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the international corporate tax compliance, with is prepared by an external advisor 
• Preparation of tax provisioning for the Group
• Investor reporting for overseas funds, and providing tax support on business queries
• Ad hoc filings including FATCA and CRS reporting 
• Managing tax audit with tax authorities 
• Managing tax risk and governance review 

Desired Experience

The candidate will have:

• tax experience in managing international compliance 
• tax provisioning experience 
• experience managing external advisors 
• a tax or accounting background, including a tax or accounting qualification

Previous funds tax experience is very desirable.

This role can be fully remote, based in the UK, Luxembourg or Spain
