Tax Senior Manager (M&A)

I am working with a high performing big4 tax team to find them their next Tax Senior Manager, to directly support the Directors and Partners within the M&A team. You will be exposed to a number of teams and will work closely with clients to understand their business and advise them on international investment opportunities.

Preferably some M&A or transactions experience, but you could also have a strong international tax/advisory background. Provided you are keen and eager to learn this could be the perfect opportunity to broaden your experience and exposure within the tax market.

The best person for this role will have a good knowledge of the UK corporate tax, strong stakeholder management skills, and be motivated to develop within a large leading accountancy firm.
