Whether it’s legal entity rationalisation, working capital solutions, contingency planning, debt restructuring, or tackling high-profile, newsworthy deals—they’re on it. The global network and expertise across industries make them a go-to for clients navigating the most complex challenges.

🧩 What’s the Opportunity?
In this role, you’ll be much more than a technical tax expert—you’ll be a deal adviser, a relationship builder, and a key player in delivering commercial results for clients. You’ll get stuck into the most exciting UK tax projects while also gaining invaluable insights into the priorities that matter in today’s transaction context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional, business-focused tax advice.
  • Proactively manage existing clients while contributing to new client wins.
  • Lead tax projects to success, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, results-driven approach.
  • Maximise value for both clients and the firm, while carefully managing risks.
  • Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them to grow and develop.
  • Play a central role in the strategic direction and operational management of the team.

🎯 Your Ideal Profile
  • Experienced UK tax practitioner with a strong track record in restructuring tax.
  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent) or holding a law qualification.
  • Degree-qualified with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver top-notch results.
  • Familiarity with UK tax compliance is a bonus.
