About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will work with clients on transfer pricing compliance, advisory, implementation, and defence projects. You’ll lead project delivery, manage junior team members, and play an integral role in developing talent within the team.

Running functional analysis interviews.

Undertaking the technical analysis and modelling.
•
Managing benchmarking studies.
•
Staff management (where appropriate).
•
Assist in the appraisal process for all allocated members of staff.
•
Ensure trainees receive training relevant to their level of ability.
•
Actively help to develop junior members of the tax team.
ACA/ACCA or CTA or CFA qualified
•
Demonstrable strong technical knowledge
•
Proactive and entrepreneurial
•
Organised and able to navigate conflicting priorities to deliver quality work on time
•
Experience of working on financial transaction transfer pricing projects

- Conducting functional analysis interviews with clients.
- Preparing technical analysis and financial modelling.
- Overseeing benchmarking studies and reports.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff members.
- Supporting the appraisal and development of team members.
- Delivering training to help junior staff build technical and professional skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or CFA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience with financial transaction transfer pricing projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to team development.
