Our client, a leading consulting practice, is expanding its Treasury Technology team to support Corporate Treasury and Private Equity clients with complex operational and financial challenges. They are looking for an experienced treasury technology professional to help deliver major technology transformation projects and strengthen their market‑leading advisory offering.
They are seeking a Treasury Technology Manager to manage end‑to‑end treasury technology projects – covering system selection, implementation, upgrades, and integrations – while contributing to business development and client relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of clients’ treasury technology environments, improving efficiency, control, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of treasury technology projects.
- Define project scope and develop plans.
- Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and risks.
- Oversee governance and compliance processes.
- Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise.
System Selection
- Lead evaluations of treasury management systems (TMS).
- Conduct vendor assessments and prepare RFPs.
- Support due diligence processes.
Implementation & Upgrades
- Oversee TMS implementations and upgrades.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Integrations
- Manage integrations between TMS solutions and wider enterprise systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, secure workflows, and operational efficiency.
Business Development
- Support the identification and development of new opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals and client presentations.
- Support thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.
Client & Team Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, and Technology Transformation.
Experience
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, or AMCT.
- Proven experience delivering treasury technology projects (TMS selection, implementation, integration).
- Strong understanding of treasury operations and processes.
- Experience with a range of TMS and related payment or cash management systems.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and security.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to a career in advisory consulting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
Desirable
- Experience with Kyriba, FIS Quantum/Integrity, ION IT2/Reval/WallStreet Suite, GTreasury.
- Knowledge of RPA, AI, and BI tools in a treasury context.
