Responsibilities
- Lead and drive growth within the firm’s VAT advisory practice, working alongside existing VAT Partners.
- Develop and execute a strategy to expand VAT services across the mid-market and upper mid-market client base.
- Provide technical leadership on complex UK and international VAT matters, ensuring high-quality advisory services.
- Strengthen and build relationships with key clients, driving business development and revenue growth.
- Mentor and develop a team of VAT specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with other Partners across tax and advisory functions to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay ahead of VAT legislative changes, providing thought leadership to clients and colleagues.
Experience
A VAT specialist with a proven track record in mid-market and upper mid-market advisory.
- VAT Director seeking Partnership or Salary Partner looking to step into Equity.
- Strong technical expertise in UK and international VAT, with experience advising across multiple sectors.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to generate revenue and expand services.
- A strategic thinker who can contribute to the wider growth and success of the firm.
- CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
