Leaders in Derivatives Documentation Breakfast

Join Pure’s Head of Legal Interim & Consulting, Penny Parker, at our Leaders in Derivatives Documentation Breakfast with DRS on Wednesday 21st September at Manicomio.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Automation – How are teams going about this and how much impact does is it having on day-to-day operations?
  • Outsourcing – Legal departments are facing ever-increasing pressure to do more with less; fewer resources, less time and fewer people. How can outsourcing support the efficient and effective operation of in-house teams?
  • Netting – with east Asia now an approved netting jurisdiction what challenges are being faced and how are teams approaching these changes?
  • Recruitment – What trends are we seeing in such a busy recruitment market i.e., salaries, retention of talent and skills/level shortages in the sector?
  • IM – With the IM Phase 6 deadline now passed, what lessons can we draw from our experiences, and how can we implement these as IM becomes part of BAU operations?
