Elena leads the Legal team in DACH where she focuses on placing legal professionals into in-house positions across the commerce & industry and financial services sector. Her expertise focuses mainly on the placement of first legal counsel and General Counsel in domestic and international organisations.

As a qualified lawyer with experience working both in-house and in private practice, Elena has a unique understanding of the legal profession as well as an unparalleled network within the industry.

Before joining Pure, Elena worked for another international recruitment company focusing on the placement of legal and compliance professionals across Europe.
