Hayley Russell

Hayley is part of Kernel’s operations team and specialises in streaming the onboarding process for new members in the London, New York and Frankfurt offices.

Hayley plays a crucial role in the onboarding journey and ensures that all new starters are aligned with Kernel’s progression and well-being model.

She also oversees the execution and delivery of Kernel’s events.

Before joining Kernel, Hayley worked in the hospitality sector as a general manager as well as working in the operations team for a unicorn company of a start-up.

Hayley also has a diploma in Public Relations.
