Lawrence Watson

Lawrence leads our Governance team in the US. His areas of expertise span the risk and controls spectrum; inclusive of regulatory, financial, quantitative, climate and technology risk.

Lawrence’s approach is based on long-standing relationships built over the last decade and an informed perspective on the risk and controls industry.

Before joining Pure in 2018, Lawrence worked at a UK FTSE 250 recruitment firm, where he led and developed a well-regarded team focused on regulatory and financial crime recruitment for financial institutions in London.
