She is well-connected within the legal community and has a deep understanding of the needs of both her clients and candidates. She has placed attorneys with some of the world’s most prominent law firms. Bally has a particular knack for helping clients attract hard-to-find talent while supporting her candidates in navigating the legal landscape with confidence.
Having earned a first-class Law degree from the University of Derby she then went on to qualify as a Barrister. She previously founded a boutique search firm that placed lawyers across London, New York and Dubai, and was the winner of IRP Awards: Permanent Recruiter of the Year. When she’s not busy making career connections, Bally enjoys swimming, going to gigs, and hanging out with her Goldendoodle, Hank. She enjoys acting, writing, and learning to play electric guitar.
