Corey leads Pure’s Risk and Compliance practice across the United States, advising a broad spectrum of financial institutions, asset managers, and private capital firms on the recruitment of high-impact governance professionals.

He brings over a decade of deep sector expertise, having specialised exclusively in Risk and Compliance recruitment since 2014.

Operating as a trusted partner, Corey has built a track record of success across all major verticals within financial and non-financial risk, compliance advisory, financial crime, quantitative risk, and treasury. He is frequently called upon to lead senior-level mandates, including C-suite appointments, and is known for his methodical, consultative approach and strong market insight.

Corey plays a pivotal role in Pure’s strategic growth in North America, helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments, building functions that deliver both resilience and long-term value.

Prior to joining Pure, Corey held senior leadership roles at specialist executive search firms, where he scaled risk and compliance teams and advised clients on both permanent and interim hiring strategies. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Providence College.
