Since joining the business as Kernel's first TA hire in 2019, Daisy has been key in building their internal hiring capabilities.
Daisy and her team support the group to reach their ambitious growth goals by designing and delivering hiring strategies. From global hiring drives and partnership management to process and systems implementation, Daisy plays a vital role in attracting market-leading talent from all walks of life.
Daisy holds a BA in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London. She kick-started her career and passion for all things talent during her first role, where she worked for a boutique recruitment firm specialising in graduate recruitment.
Outside of work, you'll find Daisy in East London, scoping the best local restaurants and coffee spots.
