Deandra is the Programme Coordinator at the Classroom to Boardroom Foundation, guiding aspiring finance professionals through tailored one-to-one support and building their confidence and skills for professional success.
Before joining CtBF, she worked with a charity dedicated to helping young Black and racially underrepresented individuals access careers they may have once considered out of reach – an experience that deeply shaped her inclusive and empowering approach.
Deandra is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge of the finance industry to provide the best possible support to every participant she works with.
Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church community, mentoring youth in Years 7–11 and serving as a trusted “older sister.” Her passion for guiding and uplifting others is at the heart of everything she does, both within CtBF and beyond.
